Hi,
I lost my Software CD and Ethernet Cabel.
I needed ITI DNA-A201BEI modem software.

Modem : ITINA-A201BEI
OS : Windows XP Service Pack3

If you are trying to connect using ethernet cable, there is no need for drivers. If your current ethernet cable is faulty, get a new one and check.

Also if facing problems, try to update the LAN card driver.

Confirm you are connected to Internet now .

2. If Internet is working access MANAGEMENT menu and BACKUP
present settings to your hard disk say C:/MY documents/ modem working.
