    Default Updating Firmware

    I think UTstarcom and nsn modem have same function. Can i update my nsn modem using firmware of utstarcin?

    If you decide on a firmware update, without mentioning the reasons,cannot give any suggestions.

    Give full details of modem/model/make with the Firmware version now and proposed upgrade version.

    General principle: Unless it fixes a known fault, or gives you functionality you know you want. or access to newer technology --- just don't do firmware upgrades. Too dangerous.
