    Question problem in connecting to internet in ubuntu 0.o

    hi,
    i'm using ut300r2u modem via this i'm abel to connect to internet in windows xp......
    but not able to connect ton internet in ubuntu 10.04..

    any one der plz help me solve this problem...

    Do you use a dialer ? In dialer mode, you need to click " connect " in a dialer to connect to internet.

    Simply switch to PPPoE mode and check. If configured properly, Ubuntu will detect LAN and internet connection. Mine working fine with Ubuntu Live CD.

    Use this guide to configure in PPPoE mode
