    Internet connection seems fine.
Ensure all Phones connected AFTER the ADSL splitter.

    Values are fine.

    1. Make sure all connections comes after splitter. Check the diagram

    Replace the splitter and check.

    2. Use a spare ethernet cable and check.

    3. If possible, use a friend's modem at your place and check. If it is a modem fault, it will show.

Every now and then the huming is noticed in lines................
Try suggestion given in Post No.3.
tcs are so badly rusted ......
If the socket contacts are rusted better to replace them.
Cable/s Rj11 with new connectors at both ends can be tried.
Use emery paper or sand paper to remove rust/blackening from wire ends.
    Recheck SNR/ATTN under Statistics /ADSL ( in modem )
Even a small increase of 2 to 3 dB in SNR signal level can improve the connection.
Uncheck ADSL2+ box in mod mode page (DSL)
    http://i51.tinypic.com/2441h0y.jpg
    Example:.............D/L...U/L
    SNR Margin (dB): 30.5 29.2
    Attenuation (dB): 19.0 10.0

Para two:Mention modem/model/make/number or select from link below.
    Check "WA3002_g4 guide."
Still no improvement you can make an ONLINE complaint to BSNL.
    Check in "BSNL links"
