    confirm Phone is working.
but in the taskbar shows no internet indication
Check Network settings. Click the connection you made and check status/repair/support options. Is there a X mark ?
    (2)
Reset to factory defaults and try Dialer mode
( enter UserID/PW in computer window)

    see this post.

Last screen should show PPPoE and not PPPoA.
    Feedback.

Since your internet was working , tell BSNL BB connection not working. Telephone OK. They will check with your ID/PW and confirm.
    modem used say UT300R2U. ( trying friend's !!!)
since all data shown Ok probably fault at BSNL end server.

Presume you changed from "Bridged" to 'PPPoE" mode
    (11)
    From any computer
    Start RUN type cmd
    ok
    New window
    type
    ipconfig /all
    (10a)
    Need only one LAN details
    (10b)
    or One WLAN details.
( No need for all Tunnel data ).

    Below for reference:

]In windows 7, when you try to connect using your PPPoE connections, you may be faced with the following error:

Error 651: The Modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error.

These connections would work just fine with Windows XP or Windows Vista PCs.

Again, you are not alone, this seems to be a known bug in Windows 7 that is being worked at. However, you can workaround this problem.

The RAS PPPoE driver file “raspppoe.sys” found under c:windowssystem32drivers folder seems to be the root cause of the problem. Fortunately, we can workaround the problem simply by renaming the original raspppoe.sys file to something like “raspppoe_orig.sys” copying a working file from a Windows Vista system

Since you have said everything was Ok earlier, and problem only last two days, we have to check one by one.
Go to SAFE MODE with internet connection and try.
    Change DNS and try.
or borrow an ADSL modem from friend and try.
    Para two:
As suggested earlier BSNL has to confirm that your Internet is working .
    Then system settings
    or modem settings.
    or cables.
