Thread: why cant i see usage?

i check usage from data.bsnl.in (thats the only site i can check. others dont work)

i got bill for march 2011 and i think its a bit too much... i logged in the site and i cant even check the usage of the very past month...

nice idea by bsnl to steal from customers... atleast they should show usage of the previous month...

sorry for the harsh words but i am really frustrated....

2. Use a good bandwidth meter. Shaplus or Networx will do.

can you enter your service ID ? I just now tested and could not. will check tomorrow. (IE8 and FireFox)

Presume you tried with Opera.
Even DataFox is not logging in.
Two or three days days back The menu item Check usage was missing
will update tomorrow.

I tried using Firefox. I do not use Datafox.
