Thread: Broadband Installation charges

Hi,
I got my broadband connection on 14-03-11.
I understand that broadband installation is waived off.
My bill details are:
Adv.Rental Deposit = 500
NPC -INST . Charges = 500 = 1000.00
Security deposit = 750
Modem = 1800
The total is 2550.

I want to know if i am being charged for broadband installation or is it waived off in my bill??

And also i am charged Rs 18 for Fixed Monthly charges? What is this for?

And this is the first time i am posting here, so i din't know if i should ask this query in an existing thread or start a new one.

Your telephone connection also new ?
If you had purchased the modem/router No Security deposit.
Your tariff plan appears to be Home 750.
Installation charges for Broadband Rs 250/= ( appears not included)
Your broadband usage rent should be proportional
for 15 or 16 days in March 2011.
Security Deposit Rs 750 ( BB rent)
Your bill cannot be Tax free !!!
Telephone installation can be Rs 500/=
Instrument deposit ?
local calls/std/ISD security deposit Rs 500/=
Did you pay any Advance ?

Yes, My telephone connection is new.
And i purchased the modem. My broadband usage rent is 363.
So for me the Rental i paid is :
Telephone installation : 500
Local calls deposit : 500 . Am i rite??

Telephone charges OK.
