so do i have to restart my modem or just i can use it normally?

What modem has to do with tariff plan change ?
Both plans are identical except free day usage 1.5GB / 2.5 GB

worst case scenario !!!
you can be charged for 1 GB at end of month.
( Rs 200/= ( add for 24MB also ). Rs 500+ Rs 200/= = Rs 700/= approx Plus taxes.
Just download only 1.6GB this month during day time to be on SAFE side ! and verify in June !!!!!!!

i submitted application before some days!!!

so its obvious its changed...

" Provisioned " means changed. You can also confirm with the SDE. Check usage details and make sure that there is a automatic disconnection at 2.00 am and 8.00 am. If not, you need to reboot your modem a little after 2 am and a little before 8 am.
