Thread: [HELP] NOKIA Siemens Residential Router 1600 Disconnects On WiFi and LAN

My router works fine when I use it on my laptop via WiFi but as soon as I switch on my PC which is connected to the same router it gets disconnected and gets connected again and disconnects again in 2-3 minutes. I have my IP address assigned by DHCP. please let me know how to resolve this.

1. Check the ethernet cable from PC to modem. If you have a spare, try it and check/

2. Make sure splitter is not faulty. Bypass splitter, connect phone line directly to the modem and check.

3. Make sure all connections come after the splitter. Check this diagram
