    Cool Automatic reboot of modem!!!

    My modem is rebooting itself automatically. I am using Nokia siemens networks 1600 modem. Is there any fine for breaking cables without knowledge of bsnl?

    It is better to get it done by BSNL people.

    May be the modem power adapter is faulty. Also check splitter and ethernet cables by replacing with a spare. Try a friend's modem at your place and you can then confirm if it is a wiring problem or something to do with your modem. If modem is faulty, ask for a replacement (worked for me).
