Thread: bsnl 750ul plan false bill

hi guys !
i have an BSNL BB 750ul + Landline (one-india plan/180 p.m.)
i had the the whole thing working on 23-02-11
now i get the bill sayin:
billed from:23-2-2011 to 1-3-2011 = 936 rs.

and

billed from:1-3-2011 to 1-4-2011 = 1805 rs.

what does that means , i have already paid all the security deposits.
i have modem (type-1) on rent !

To avoid Telephone monthly rent ( No free calls)
shift toBB Home Combo UL 750

1st bill for Telephone installation charges+ rent +BB rent +modem rent etc seems oK.
2nd bill BB Security deposit and monthly rent Rs 1500+ modem rent + One india Plan Rs 180/= etc seems OK
If deposits were paid amount ???) give application to get credit in future bills.

i have paid all the installation charges ...

wait for bill 1/4/2011 to 30/4/2011, to check whether advance amount (Total not known) are adjusted.
If you can check the bill details in your circle's web site. check there.
OR
meet A.O ( tr) with details of Advances paid for revised bill. april 2011.

initial deposits to be made for new connection[BB+LL]

Installation charges = 500/-
Security deposit = 500/-
Advance rental deposit = accor. to your plan (750/- for me"750UL plan")
Modem deposit = 500/-
Broadband intall. charge = 250/-

out of which they usually tell us to pay only -

Installation charges = 500/-
Security deposit = 500/-
Advance rental deposit

*the rest of amount will be added on your first bill so it be disgusting 1st time
bcoz you have to pay the rental of that mont (advance rental pay is not count) + amount due .
