Hi,
I had shifted my house recently and got my number transferred to the exchange here. My landline works perfectly, but I am not able to connect to the internet.
I have a WA3002G4 modem. The DSL LED is on but the Internet LED does not light up. I opened up 198.168.1.1 and the WAN status shows PPP down. I have been complaining to to BSNL for the past week but all they tell me is that I should open Advanced Setup and in the PPPoE interface, change my password to "password".
Is there any way I can fix this, as BSNL hasn't been helping much.
