How can i connect a external wifi router antenna to my modem.I am using utstarcom WA3002G4 modem.

You mean how to add a router ? WA3002G4 itself is a modem + Wifi router. Once connected, you can use your WiFi devices with it.

actually i need to increase the range of my wifi connectivity.I heard about connecting an external antenna to increase the range.But i dont know whether it is possible in my modem and i dont know how to remove my modems in build antenna.

For the cost of buying an external wifi antenna and paying radio technician to modify the antenna socket You can buy another wifi router (say Netgear wgr614v9) and connect it
to existing wifi router.

Maximum cable length 100 meters rj45 can be used ( theory ).

Mention the distance involved ( Radius of activity ) and height (if flat complex)
