Thread: Help! I don't know what to do now!!

I'm using Bsnl wifi. I went to the ip address then I clicked on management and then I clicked on REBOOT. And now the internet and dsl lights are going and coming back repeatedly, and I'm also getting an error that "dns address cannot be resolved". I don't understand any of it. Please tell me how I can get myself out of this!

(a)Access modem/router menu pages Select DNS. check the box
"Obtain dns address automatically "
Apply SAVE
Reboot wait for 2 minutes . try again.

In your computer
START
select RUN
Tpe cmd
New window will open
type ipconfig /all

If nothing works, reset the modem to factory settings and configure again using the above link.
