    Angry BSNL not working on complained i registered so many time

    Dear Sir

    This is for your kind information that we are using BSNL Broadband connection more than 2yrs (0129-2213978), its issued on the name MOOLCHAND. I am facing constant problem in my connection from Feb. On 08 feb i registered a complaint on 0129-2213978 till the date nobody resolve it. call log details i m mentioning below and my connection ping detail i am attaching with the mail. i am really afraid about the procedure bsnl follow to resolve the problems. i do call at exchange, to SDO and so other responsible personality, but who care about others problem. That is really a disaster in the current world when world is working on 4g and still we are facing problem with the 2g spectrum. kindly treat it urgent and please do needfull.

    Call Log detail for complaint in bsnl.

    08 feb - 0129-2221212 Response:- They registered complaint but no respond till the next date.
    1st march- 0129-2221212 Response:- registered complaint but nothing happened.
    15th march:- 1957 Response:- registered complaint but nothing happened.
    26th march:- 2001155 Response:- got the no. from 2221212, this is the no. of SDO, talk on the no. but again same. no one care.
    2nd april: 0129-2247544 Response:- tried 23 times no one pick the ph.
    3rd april:- 2247544 Response:= tried at 2:55 pm to 4:10, 17 times no one pick.
    4th april:- 9466000349 Response:- Got SDO no. made him call, reply i am off duty now (6:44pm), call me next day btween 10-4:00pm.
    5th april:- 9466000349 response:- again talk to the same, insure to check the connection.
    5th april:- response:- person came cut off the wire check connection, but nothing happened.
    8th april:- 9466000349 response:- again call, but not pick up by the person.
    9th april:-9466000349 response:- again call no one pick up.
    11 april:-0129-2221212 response:- registered complaint, said to visit.
    19th april:- response:- Mr. Jainandan visit, disconnect our phone cable, but when i came and tried to connect the same, connection response too bad.
    10 may:- i again registered complaint, but no one came.



    sir just tell me what to do now. due to regular real time out of connection log file is enable to attach with the mail. but i think so above detail are sufficient to understand how much i am suffering with the bsnl broadband connection.

    You can/may EDIT your message and delete your std code and Phone number.
    Location seems to be Faridabad ( Haryana ) from std Code.

    When you complain to CustomerCare at BSNL they give you a Docket number. This is required for making further complaints. etc.

    In case no action is taken, you should give a written application, and get a receipt in your copy. ( with Bsnl office Date stamp )

    If Broadband is un available for more than three days Pro rata discount will have to be given in your bill for number of days BB connection was not working.

    Telephone can work Broadnband may fail.
    Broadband can work. Telephone may fail
    Both telephone and Broadband fail.
    (b)
    (if using an USB modem or L/L BB )
    Mention modem details,and tariff plan .
    and if possible what error message you get ?

    You have not mentioned whether you were billed for full BB rental , for a non working BB connection.

    The fault can be in your system/modem/connection, and you should ask BSNL to check your connection at their end . If OK, ask for technical assistance. Confirm the Phone was working all the time.

    Here is link for Govt grievance portal link. Don't know how much it effective. It does lodge the complaint for Dept. of Telecommunication.
