This is for your kind information that we are using BSNL Broadband connection more than 2yrs (0129-2213978), its issued on the name MOOLCHAND. I am facing constant problem in my connection from Feb. On 08 feb i registered a complaint on 0129-2213978 till the date nobody resolve it. call log details i m mentioning below and my connection ping detail i am attaching with the mail. i am really afraid about the procedure bsnl follow to resolve the problems. i do call at exchange, to SDO and so other responsible personality, but who care about others problem. That is really a disaster in the current world when world is working on 4g and still we are facing problem with the 2g spectrum. kindly treat it urgent and please do needfull.

08 feb - 0129-2221212 Response:- They registered complaint but no respond till the next date.
1st march- 0129-2221212 Response:- registered complaint but nothing happened.
15th march:- 1957 Response:- registered complaint but nothing happened.
26th march:- 2001155 Response:- got the no. from 2221212, this is the no. of SDO, talk on the no. but again same. no one care.
2nd april: 0129-2247544 Response:- tried 23 times no one pick the ph.
3rd april:- 2247544 Response:= tried at 2:55 pm to 4:10, 17 times no one pick.
4th april:- 9466000349 Response:- Got SDO no. made him call, reply i am off duty now (6:44pm), call me next day btween 10-4:00pm.
5th april:- 9466000349 response:- again talk to the same, insure to check the connection.
5th april:- response:- person came cut off the wire check connection, but nothing happened.
8th april:- 9466000349 response:- again call, but not pick up by the person.
9th april:-9466000349 response:- again call no one pick up.
11 april:-0129-2221212 response:- registered complaint, said to visit.
19th april:- response:- Mr. Jainandan visit, disconnect our phone cable, but when i came and tried to connect the same, connection response too bad.
10 may:- i again registered complaint, but no one came.
sir just tell me what to do now. due to regular real time out of connection log file is enable to attach with the mail. but i think so above detail are sufficient to understand how much i am suffering with the bsnl broadband connection.
