No my friend....i did'nt go that far...exchange is near my house just 2mins drive...i went atleast four times a day..registered complaint twice a day and rang up what ever number i got...to complain...and this continued for atleast three days agressively and i started to inform them of my problem a week back..and they came up twice to check..they are only linemen..they will come check the line and say phone is wrkin properly,and u have good signal too..some lady will call back from exchange and say u'r internet connection is up..i told my internet connection does not last longer..it will soon go off.,she will tell call the customer care only they check beyond this..and the person in the customer care says u call up u'r local exchange..i got screwed so much...i spent almost all the day in exchange yesterday to meet JE..
now they have responded and changed my line..see my line did'nt get discopnnected till now..
and i cant check downloading a huge file this month,i already exceeded my free download limit and its around 600 mb excess...will let u know next month...ie tomorrow...
