    Angry frequent disconnections in plan1350ul?

    hello friends
    i opted from plan 500c to 1350ul last month.i am very happy with plan and its speed. but lastly i am getting frequent disconnections with in minutes.
    and one more think i got bill there they have added 250rs for installation.1350depsite additional100 in name of adjustment 2150rs i dont know for what sake they sent me this kind of weird bills even the office people dont have proper answer.i am using broadband since 5yrs why again pay installation fee. kindly suggest me what to do??????

    Disconnection problem

    1. Does modem restart as a whole (power restart) ? Check your modem's power adapter.

    2. Check your ethernet cable and splitter. Bypass splitter, connect directly to the modem and check.

    3. Reset the modem to factory settings and reconfigure it.

    4. Post your SNR and attenuation values. Cross check here



    I think Rs. 250 installation charges is there for all user while giving new connection. You can check with accounts officer, he will give a break up and explanation.

    from my orders check DATE provisioned . effective date for UL1350.
    Security deposit Rs 1350/=
    UL1350 BB rent .Rs _____? ( date from __________ to ______)
    500C BB rent......Rs _____?(date from ____________ to _______)
    .i am using broadband since 5yrs
    There is no Installation charges when you change tariff plans.
    500 C Usage charges Day Rs ___ ???
    Modem purchased outright.

    ONLY FOR NEW customers.

    Also security deposit can be collected in 3 instalments. ( Rs 450/= P.M)

    Im also facing the same problem.
    but once or twice in a day.(im running a cafe)
    at the time of disconnection, all the lights in the modem are working like normal.
    when restarts the modem,it'll be ok.
    but today evening disconnection lasts nearly an hour. but at that time i can open rediff mail and send receive mails

    1. Try suggestions in post no. 2

    2. Please mention modem - model and make.

    3. Check in the neighbourhood. Make sure it is only for you.

    4. Try a friend's modem at your place and check.

    5. Switch to GDMT and check.

    6. Lodge a complaint here

    I am having the same problem. modem disconnects continuously after 11.00 PM. so i have to keep alive the connection in-order to avoid frequent disconnections.
