Thread: Modem Power light blinking

Hi,
I was using the internet and suddenly the internet gt disconnected. When I checked my modem I saw the power light is blinking. All other lights are off. I tried removing the plug and switching on again but no luck. The power light keeps blinking. Is the modem damaged? Should I go for new modem?

My modem model is AR800v V3.0.
Please help.

I had the same modem and same problem. Got it replaced with WA3002G4 by BSNL.

To do

1. Use another power adapter (check with your friends having the same modem) and check.

2. Reset modem to factory settings and configure it again. Use this guide

Teracom Type-II ADSL MODEM MULTIUSER CONFIGURATION (similar UI)

3. If possible, use a friend's modem at your place and check.
