i have submitted a written request to bsnl to terminate broadband with effect from 1-06-2011. But they disconnected today. but i can still access to BSNL Portal. what should i do now to gain my broadband?

Can you browse now ? Or simply able to connect to portal ?
Instead of terminating the connection you can move to a zero rental plan. If connection is terminated, I don't think it will be activated for next 2 days. You can try talking to the SDE though.
