I am on BSNL 1300 HUL+ 2 Mbps plan. Internet has been down for me for past 10 days. ADSL light blinks but Ineternet setup fails. When I try to register a compliant with their IVRS, I get a message saysing "Major Source Outage Issue" and I can not register the compliant either.
I have seen thse major source outage issues before and they get resolved usually in 2 to 3 days earlier. Now it has been 10 days and I dont have any way to tell them that my internet is down.
BSNL customer service is bad earlier and I am generally lot patient. But 10 days down and they dont reduce the bill is a very bad "attitude".
