Thread: 2 issues related to new BBG COMBO connection.

Hey all

Finally, I got a connection today. The person came to give modem and do some settings. He did everything. But the net access was not there. He finally replied me" Look, the technical work is done. Inner field work is done. But your request is yet to be passed by server located at bangalore which is automatic". He told me that its like all India requests lie in a queue. If the server is free types, the request gets passed soon else, it may take time. Now, it is already 8 hours I suppose but still it shows no internet access. What this really is and how much time it normally takes..:O..was kind of new to me. Thanx.

Did you got your username and password ? If not, it takes some time to approve. Call your exchange tomorrow and enquire. Make regular follow up calls. If nothing happens in 2-3 days, complain here

It is better handled if you can keep in touch with the SDE of your exchange.

yea, I already got username and password. The person provided me with that. And yes, I shall be giving them call tomorrow morning. Thanx

call tomorrow morning in bsnl broadband operator (bsnl office) installion are a contract base people they only for installing but BB line should strat in bsnl broadband office so you call in bsnl BB department

sometimes it takes more then 7 days
