Unhappy Stay with UL750 or change?

I've had BSNL UL 750 plan for a year now but I get 60KBps download speed but Speedtest.net shows aweful results. Should I switch to TATA Photon + or Reliance Net Connect to get a better speed? as I play Multiplayer games so I need Good Ping & Latency!
Or anyway to boost up the Ping and speed?

BSNL is/was/will never be a good ISP for gamers.

For gaming I would recommend airtel.
For downloading THERE is NO substitute for BSNL.

60 kBps is perfect for UL750 scheme

Speed, ping and jitter matter a lot in online gaming. But another factor to be considered is bandwidth usage. Excess usage can kill you unless you are willing to sacrifice sleep and play during 2 AM to 8 AM.

Hence if you wish to upgrade, go for the UL1350 plan. But although that plan will yield better speed, it will not resolve ping and jitter which will be the same.

As far as Tata Photon+ or Rel NC+ are concerned, my experience is that that they havce good download speeds but very low uploads. And then they are not cheap either.
