I just got the connection yesterday(BBG COMBO 850 ULD). I just know the username and password. Apart from it, since my internet has started working, do I need to check or confirm from exchange whether my 850 plan has activated or not since I plan to make use of 350 calls I am entitled to get along or if someone can help regarding how to knw plan name working on my number(some way online)??

Please mention your SSA. Usage portal varies with circle. You can check your usage details here

    Web Registration for Usage Alerts

Use a bandwidth meter to keep an eye on your usage. Try one from Networx or Shaplus. Both are free of cost.

You are supposed to check your usage details here : BSNL Portal

You will need a 14 digit portal ID to check usage. Make a call to the local exchange. They keep it in their records. Just 2 minutes business to get it.

After registering at bbusage.bsnl.in, you need to wait for approval. It takes almost a week.

You can download and install bandwidth meter from

    1. Bandwidth monitor, bandwidth speed test, bandwidth and traffic monitoring tool for Windows

    or

    2. ShaPlus Bandwidth meter - Free bandwidth monitoring software

It will start counting the usage from the moment it is installed. You get detailed reports of your usage details. You can also try one from Bitmeter.
