My landline just got dead over a week ago & I don't know how to complain to these BSNL guys. Also before it was dead I changed my router since my old router got spoilt. I complained to BSNL & also the SDO but nobody seems to have responded properly. Can somebody help me fixing this? I'm from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The router I got recently is from Teracom. I guess this is the standard router being issued to everyone.
