Thread: Landline dead & internet is very slow

My landline just got dead over a week ago & I don't know how to complain to these BSNL guys. Also before it was dead I changed my router since my old router got spoilt. I complained to BSNL & also the SDO but nobody seems to have responded properly. Can somebody help me fixing this? I'm from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The router I got recently is from Teracom. I guess this is the standard router being issued to everyone.

If land line is dead, it could be a line issue. A visit to your local exchange may help.

Use your modem at any of your friends' and check whether it is faulty.

If nothing works, a written request with acknowledgement to Nodal officer and / or Appellate authority may help. ID, address and phone no. on the backside of your bill. Make a call and seek help.
