Rep Power: 0  |  Activation of a new broadband connection hello ppl...... i submitted the registration form required for a new broadband connection(@Noida office) on June 6,2007.today its 1st july,07 and ive received no communication regarding the activation of the connection, on visiting the office they say it ill take 10-15 days, and on calling the call centre(1500),they keep on saying they dont hav any free ports?...plz wait for ports to be added(?)..nw they ar sayin that u ill hav to wait upto july 10 for anything to happen....and the best thing is that i cant contact the noida distribution manager(dunno exact term) or any higher authority.....can anyone please give any suggestion on wat shld i do?......and another ques is the beetel modem 100cx compatible with bsnl broadband?any help will be Appreciated |
