    Question does billing error still persists..??

    since late january 2011, there was billing error from bsnl's side. their system used to include night unlimited free usage in plans 500 combo, etc, in the bill giving rise to bill shock to customers.

    i want to ask is that does this issue still persists or it has been rectified. if so, then in which circles ......?????

    i am asking because i am planning to subscribe again to bsnl broadband 500 combo plan.

    There are no recent reports of NU get charged. May be it is fixed.

    now bsnl automatically record data usage in 30 minutes interval so there is no night unlimited problem.

    There are exceptions for this facility. Certain circles still do not have auto reset at 2.00 am and 8.00 am.

    selfcare portal ndc lists day usage and night usage separately.
    whether plan is NU type or U/L H24.
    Other selfcare portals edc sdc and wdc

    data.bsnl.in seems to have auto reset at 0200AM and 0800AM.
    ( my usage portal for Chennai. checked and confirmed )
    For IP 59.xx.xx.xx not listed here. ( cannot acccess)
