its just used for identification like ur phone no or ur name ip address is used to identify and locate a website or even computers and servers

No. IP address is like your phone no. . No restriction how many numbers you call.

well dear no problem with whatever you surf.. well exactly it changes with every session.. so its not always static(unless you applied for it)...

the main thing is to open quality sites... and not use internet for illegal activities which makes it useless..
