if i want to change my bsnl plan today from when the new plan will be applicable .......now i am using 1350 plan and i want to change to 750plan in AP

Purely depends on BSNL staff. It can happen in two days or at time in 2 week. The best way to get the job done is a visit to your exchange. You can also try the Udaan site. Good reviews for it, but it seems recently diminished.

here they r telling that it will be activated fron next month ......how to contact higher official in hydrabad or help desk no...here they dont know anything

BSNL is shuttling between these options. At one time they say plan change will happen only on 1st of next month and sometimes they change it before 1st.

Try a request through Udaan site or check with SDE of your exchange. Not sure how effective he can be.

check in your selfcare portal any menu item to change tariff plan.
( mention sdc/wdc/ndc or edc or data.bsnl.in )
or check in "My orders"menu page. ( title may be different )
