now i am using 1350plan ....4mbps upto 20gb and i am getting 20-30 kb of upload speed...after 20gb 512 kbps....means like 750unlimited plan..my doubt is after 20 gb changing to512kbps will i get a upload speedd of 50kbps as i get in 750 plan

Where are you uploading to??
Through http or p2p...
You should always get 50~60 kbps

Actually you should get the 50 + KBps upload speed even before reaching 20 GB. Check using torrents with enough peers/leechers. Try uploading to YouTube or similar and report your upload speed. Speed varies according to different servers.

If nothing works, try talking to the SDE of your exchange.

Presume you want to check your current plan.

Mention your location / SSA / Circle. There are 5 different portals according to your SSA.

If you have your 14 digit portal ID and password, log in to data.bsnl.in and check your usage.

A simple (but not so recommended) method is that you call someone in the technical department and ask them to check it for you.
