Thread: Unable to connect with AR800V

HI guys
i am unable to connect to internet with AR800V v3.0 modem.It is a type 2 modem with wi-fi access.i have a bsnl broadband connection.
i also have a ut300r2u type 1 modem with which i am able to connect to internet.but when i change the modem to AR800V,reset them modem,configure the modem by goin to 192.168.1.1 and do all the settings,i am still not able to connect to internet.i get the error-678.
again when i change the modem to ut300r2u,i am able to connect immediately.

what is the mistake i m doin? i just dont understand.but i need to connect with AR800V modem bcos it has wireless option which i can use for accessing internet with my laptop?

please help me in this issue.
