AN1020-21 wireless network problem... what is the best configuration to use for a AN1020-21 bsnl router?
The configuration that the BSNL guys gave me works fine but sometimes i am not able to connect to the wireless network even though the modem is on... and when this problem comes i have to reboot the modem and change to a diff setting like 802.11B/G or B or G only... until then i am not able to connect to wireless network...

Select Channel 11 or 6.
How do you connect? "Dialer" mode or "PPPoE"( Always On ) mode ?
Mention OS used: Windows 7 /Vista /Xp Sp2 etc.

Also try resetting the modem and configure it again. See if the same happens.

Check with a friend's modem and check if it is happening with that also. If no, try to get a replacement or new modem from BSNL.
When working, take a back up of modem settings and save it. You can later use it to reconfigure your modem through " restore ".
