    1. Post your SNR and Attenuation values.

    2. If possible, get a friend's modem at your place and check if it is giving the same response.

    3. Check splitter and ethernet cable. Use a spare and make sure that they are not faulty.

    4. If modem is giving a power reset, check the power adapter.

It seems to be due to poor line condition. Ask the line man to give a clean line. Make sure there are no joints or no non insulated parts. If confident, reset the modem to factory default and configure it again.

You use a Teracom modem ? Give proper model no. and make. You will see it on top of your modem or its box.

    For SNR and Attenuation values,

    1. Type 192.168.1.1 in browser,

    2. Enter ID and password as admin

    3. You will see the info in the landing page.

Sir line is clean. There is no noisy fault in the dial tone.
I even connected the direct wire from dp to the modem.
I also reset the modem 1-2times but problem persist.

    I use D-Link Modem
    Model No. : GLB-802c
    ADSL 2/2+ Router

Change mode to GDMT (browse through modem menu pages to find it) and check.

    If nothing works, complain here

    http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp

Also call customer care and ask for SDE's no. Talk to him and seek help.

    I Have D-Link GLB-802C Modem...

You can try for exchange of the modem for a different type.
This modem GLB802C ( specific to India Only ) has been discontinued and was issued by BSNL some years back.
Probably you are getting some old units reconditioned.
