Talking O_O WTH!! Over 1MBPS on BB UL 1350 (: After FUP

What just happened did BSNL Upgrade the minimal speed after the FUP to 1MBPS from 512 ?

I checked the BSNL site there were no change in the tariff/plan

I'm currently getting over 1.5MBPS (150-175kB/s) Via Torrent
is this happening to anyone else ? whats the meaning of this did the FUP start early ?

    & i checked MediaFire too i'm getting over 1.5MBPS
i dint change the plan, im still on BB ULD 1350 combo.

    EDIT: screenshot added to attachment
BTW my FUP quota finished & i downloaded 24-25GB(download only) but the speed to go above the limit soon after i finished my FUP is really strange !!

just wait for 1 or 2 days & check if the speed still remains at 1 Mbps , btw m also on that plan , till last month i used to get 512 Kbps after 20GB is over & this month my 20GB is not finished yet so can't conclude anything now

Hope they increase the speed to 1Mbps after 20GB

well if you believe an insider's voice.. (not me...someone told me in bsnl marketting team )..

bsnl will surprise users now and than because they have lost a significant amount of users in mobile connections as per MNP.. and looks people wont come back.. so ,,, to accumulate the profits, they will do such activities in all other businesses( in 2G, 3G and bb plans.. )

so enjoy bbing.. with BSNL.. atleast till they dont get enough profits..

and pray to god, for the well being of BSNL..
Site from home gaya bhad mein... AIrtel se bolo FUP band kare.. BSNl se bolo 3G signal do!!!!>: (
