    According to BSNL site

For Broadband plans where bandwidth is 1Mbps or more, the uplinking will be maximum upto 768 kbps

    @Jack1366
the Minister is Shri Kabil Sibal now.

VDSL2 upload starts at 5mbps and can go up to 20mbps.

    .:BB HIGH SPEED:.
VDSL: VDSL (Very high Speed Digital Subscriber line) modems are used for accessing very high speed Broadband of 16 Mbps and above. Upto a distance of 1 Km VDSL modem can be used.

    Modem needed is also different.

The upload limit768 Kbps specified by BSNL is for ADSL connection.

Have you confirmed, whether the tariff plan is available ?
You are within 1 Km of the exchange /
Can BSNL supply you a VDSL modem/router ?
Bsnl will use the same telephone cables line ?

    mention model/make/number if provided.
    I don't use this 25 Mbps plan .

Try talking to the SDE of your SSA. He will be able to give a clear picture. Also you can reach him if your are not getting promised speed. Call customer care and ask for his no.

well this is what you can do here, wait and watch for answers.. thats what i can say... maybe bsnl's 24mbps is not too popular because it is perhaps very expensive.
but you shouldnt forget that this is the biggest broadband forum, so either you should wait for any feed or maybe you should enter your own speed in new thread, so that people get aware of such speeds..
remember the forum works on the feed from previous posts of members..

Anyway I have checked the possible Upload speed of VDSL BB connection.
will give the information at a later date if needed elsewhere..
    I can afford only a 512Kbps speed connection. Max 64 KB/sec
