    i disabled tr-06 client,adsl2+ after this my modem works perfect without going to idle state.

    i need to know what is tr-06 client and what its actually does?

    The ISP can access your modem and update firmware etc. ( Only AIRTEL now )
    Bsnl does not use this facility.
