Default BSNL 1350ULD now giving more than 4 MBPS

I have come across this forum regarding the speed of 1350 ULD , the matter of 4MbPs, a lot of customers using this plan complaint that they are not getting full 4Mbps speed

for me it was hard to get more than 1.5 Mbps using this plan.

I contacted CMD BSNL ( mailed him) and local SDE , after which the number of PCM in local exchange was increased to 4 from 2.

got remarkable speed , more than 4 Mbps.

above the result , i used Mumbai as server and pinged from Assam

Don't worry. It is not ULD 1350, it is the old plan UL 1350 which people are still using who are not aware of the change and introduction of ULD 1350.

@terminatorr5 Contact Your Local SDE And Ask Him To Increase Your Cap From 2048 to 4096...For Me It Worked. He will shift your telephone line to the new port and then u would definitely get 4mbps....
Call Him Regularly Until Your Cap Has Been Shifted to 4mbps

How much download Speeds are you getting in Torrents and direct downloads from websites? I Dont trust the Speedtest.net results that much, it's not accurate.

now a days in MPLS VPN , no cap is used in CDOT , OCB-283 or E10 exchanges, main thing is the speed by each PCM(Pulse-code modulation) installed in the local exchange, each PCM gives a speed of 2Mbps , so number of PCM is important
ALSO the STM , transfer module

this is a STM in my local exchange with 2 PCM only
    stm.jpg

On my repeated request and order by CMD BSNL the SDE had increased the number of PCM in the shown STM to 4 after which my speed gone almost double.
