    Presently in use ?Teracom T1-B-DSL699E9.4U6-5
No changes if still in use.

Mention your router TYPEII wifi router model/number.
    or
Select your modem/router from the link wa 3002_g4 quick reference and open wifi setttings for details about the keys/.
    UTSTAR WA3002-G4 quick reference
    or
Check the Calcutta telephone link given at the end.
    2.
If you RESET the router to factory settings , you have to make all entries again.
Go to Management and select BACKUP and save current
working settings to say C:/My Documents/ Router OK.

    Specimen Page ( Example )

Connect your modem/router in PPPoE "Always On" mode.
    ( Your USERID/PW entered/stored in WAN page)

Please mention modem - model and make

To get / change your security key,

    1. Type 192.168.1.1 in browser.

    2. Type ID and password as admin

    3. Got to " wireless " page from the LHS menu.

    4. Take ' Security ". Here you can find an option to fiddle with security settings. Read or change the security key and use it in your laptop.

    Hope this helps.

First reset the router, try typing the security key as 12345, if it does not work install the cd that came with ur modem and configure the settings properly, just type in admin as the username leave the password blank, if it still does not work then it might be BSNL problem in which it has allocated it's SSID only to one computer so you could not be able to use Wi-fi, call the BSNL cc and tell them you want to access multiple users using your Wi-fi modem.

confirm you get connected to Internet in Lan mode. ( Dialer or PPPoE?)
How many systems in use ?
Copy/Paste here ONLY WLAN ipconfig /all data.
( No tunnel data if seen )
    Else post as attachment here.*.doc
    I dislike scrolling useless data.

I am really sorry for the wrong info provided by me for modem.
    I actually misread the "v m c" as "y m c".
    My router is V M C model AN-1020-21.

I added the mac address found by doing ipconfig/all
in modem's whitelist mac address configuration.

After that I was able to connect to the wi-fi.
But Network Status Showed me that "No Internet Access" and henceforth I was unable to browse.
    Please help me out.

Your userid/pw stored/entered in the page No5 ( link sent earlier)
    Dialer Mode:
All ports are open in "BRIDGED" mode rfc1483
You use a dialer and enter Userid/pw in system window.

    1. Which version of utorrent are you using ? Do you see a green tick mark at the bottom of utorrent ? Or an Orange - Yellow triangle.

    2. In modem, enable UPnP and check.

    3. In utorrent > options > Preference > connection , enable UPnP and NAT - PMP and check.

    1. I think utorrent 3.0 Stable is out. Give it a try.

    2. Log in to the modem and browse through the pages. You will find an option to check /uncheck UPnP.

    3. Which firewall do you use ? Have you selected an " Allow " for utorrent ? Disable firewall/antivirus and check.

    4. If nothing works, switch to Bridge mode and see if it is working.
