Thread: Bsnl broadband issue!

Hi,
I use BSNL broadband and my plan is Home 900 ul wherein upto 20 gb its full speed and thereafter speed comes down to 256 kbps
The problem I am facing since last few days is that the speed is becoming very slow. Usage is within the limits, so its not usage issue.
I have teracom modem.
Further, few times before I have faced problms like the internet stops working in which case the BSNL people changes the modem configuration and it gets ok. Further sometimes the data column gets red and then it had to be taken to BSNL people who correct it.
I want to know is it the modem problem or the server problem. What alternatives do I have?

How many GB have you used ? You have only 8GB to use at 4 Mbps.
