Which portal do you use ? Portals are always behind in updating the usage. Most of us use a bandwidth meter to keep and eye on our usage details. Try one from Networx or Shaplus.

I meant the portal. Do you data.bsnl.in ? Or other selfcare sites ? Do you have 14 digit portal ID ?

The bandwidth meter I suggested are independent and hence need to be cross check with data on usage portal (when available).

Call you local exchange. They keep in their records. Just 2 minute business to get it. Also mention your SSA. If self care portal, you need no info from BSNL You can register your ID and password at self care portals.

Mention your SSA. It defines where you can get the portal ID.

Is your SSA a secret ? Why reluctant to mention it ? Your portal is determined according to SSA. Unless you mention it, there is no scope for help.

There are 4 self care portals. You need to go to the correct one and register for an account.

Your self care portal is http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/

Register there and wait for the confirmation mail.

Which plan are you in ? If unlimited plan, it will show chargeable units are zero.

    Try complaining here

    http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp

The home page says you can register a complaint within the site itself. Give it a try too. Cannot access the site and check. Mine is a different SSA.

From your local BSNL office you can get portal ID. From this portal id you can know your data usage from BSNL site. For any brodband related inquiry call on 1503.
