Thread: Not getting even 256kbps speed from today evening :(

My plan was 2150rs/- 1Mbps upto 100GB. but from today evening i am not getting even 256kbps. sites loading like hell please help me.

have you reached the limit of 150GB.?
Check in your usage selfcare portal.

Attenuation is a bit high. Ask the line man to check your line. Make sure it has no joints and no non insulated part.

May a temporary issue, wait for a day or check.

I haven`t reached 100GB yet. i can`t even browse sites its like hell slow please help me

In which selfcare portal you checked ? or got an sms from BSNL ?
If you are from A.P confirm

Which modem are you using ? Mention modem - model and make.

Does it have WiFi ? If yes, added encryption to it ?

Confirm you have speed problem in both ethernet and WiFi connection ?

Download any file from Microsoft and report your speed. Don't get confused between Kbps and KBps.

I can assume that i haven`t reached the limit yet. I am still getting 1Mbps but not stable from today evening. Check attachment.

I have 2questions?

1. Is Bsnl server got loaded?
2. Is there any problem in my line?

It can also be a server problem. That is why I suggested to wait for a day or two. You can however make a complaint here
