Your Ipconfig /all data shows you are using WANminiport dialer to connect.
    Errror 651 ?
In your modem edit wan link 0_35 EDIT and uncheck "bridged"
Select next next enter BSNLuserid/pw in wan settings page.
    SAVE. In MANAGEMENT SAVE REBOOT.
Restart. Do not use dialer. system should connect automatically.
( You may have to create a Network)

    Feeedback.

Speed of data transfer is faster in Lan ethernet connection
(10:1 ratio 100 Mbps/ to 11 Mbps ) compared to USB mode ( Old UsB systems ) with older wifi routers. 54 Mbps
Difference may not be much in actual working
    with our BB speeds !

Most modem/routers USB drivers are not available for latest OS.

There is a system file problem in WIndows 7, and dialer mode not recommended. But i have tested and works perfectly with windows Professional OS>
When connected to Internet in always on Mode PPPoE , do not start Dialer. then you may get error 651 and system may also freeze.
Both LAN cable and WIFI mode can be used alternately.
( Lan cable can be kept connected )

click my signature links and select the modem model you have.
for step by instructions or with screen shots.
appears you have UT300R2u ADsl modem.
Select Chennai link and follow the screen shots ( except wireless pages)
my sig link WA3002_g4 quick reference.

    Now system should connect automatically.

    Feedback.

    Dialer mode or
    PPPoE "always On" mode ?
    Backup settings from Management menu.

In PM ( not to be used for a chat mode )
always specify what i am supposed to check in Team viewer session

IN Teamviewer you entered the userid pw etc and then when SAVE button was clicked the system froze.
    try again.
You are on "Dialer" mode ( many call it PPPoE)
In wan Page "bridged" box is selected.

You have to enter USERID/PW in a WINDOW in the system
to connect to Internet. ( stored in Wanminiport)

PPPoE'mode box ( deselecting "bridged") when selected in WAN page your UserID/PW stored/entered in WAN page. The system connects automatically
I use Dialer mode and PPPoE mode to addd to the confusion!!!.

Why I am asking you to post in the forum is some @Brightstar_007 will appear and solve your problem !!!

    ALL Ports are open now.
I am still struggling to change your modem settings to PPPoE 'Always On" mode
( Uncheck "Bridged" in WAN page Select PPPoE
Store your USERID ( not multiplay)/PWin the wan page.

Ignore what you don't need.. This thread will be seen by others also for comments/ pointing out errors, or advise you a different approach.
Your model modem/router shows Wireless option.
    Enable Teamviewer send new PW.

    @ vinayparamanand

It is not advisable to post team viewer ID in open forum. PM them to the corresponding person.

    As for your real problem,

Go to Control panel > Device manager > Update driver for your lan card.

Allow Windows to go online and check automatically and fix the problem.

If nothing works, get a new LAN card (costs around Rs. 300) compatible with Windows 7. I had similar problem when my LAN card got faulty.

oh ! Did it work ? May be there is no Windows 7 compatible driver for your LAN card. If possible get a LAN card from your friend and check.

    For drivers, try here

Any drivers you need! / Known devices: 2092674

    or

Are you still getting intermittent yellow exclamation mark ? It is either a driver issue or damaged LAN card.

I had to change my LAN card. I was getting intermittent " Limited or No connectivity ".

I am using utorrent. If you suspect Vuze, remove it from start up and check.
