Thread: Unable to connect to Internet using wifi

I am using Teracom T-2B-GAWV1.4U10Y-BI modem which supports wifi.
I can connect to Internet in LAN mode. But can't connect to Internet using wifi in my laptop.
I can connect to the wireless network which the modem is broadcasting. There is no problem regarding that. But I don't know how to connect to internet using that wireless network.

Please help.

In router:
(a)Try without any security key.
(b)disable whitelist
( remove lan cable and try )
(c)when you click WIFI icon select status/repair etc.
(d)mention OS used.
