    Question SNR (Downstream) fluctuating to minus,is it normal?

    hello friends from last few days my internet is working weird and slows down time to time and the SNR (Downstream) rate always changes when refreshing the router page, so i want to ask you guys is it normal or some kind of line fault .........
    i asked the same question from the bsnl engg. who came at my home he said it have nothing to do with internet speed but i want to clear this from you guys as i dont trust these peoples too much.

    Your line conditions appear bad and ATTN may be high.
    see link below for negative values.
    How you monitor SNR values continuously ?
    Mention modem/model/make/number.
    From ADSLmenu item post both d/l U/l data
    for SNR ATTN.
    Attachment screenshot(jpg) preferred.
    (Go Advanced: click: Scroll down: Manage attachments ; Upload)

    Well i am simply checking the values by opening the overview page of modem and refreshing it continuously, the overview image is attached below......

    besides of this does my line needs to be changed or else? please clarify.

    ATTN D/L can be reduced..seems Ok.
    try Mod mode GDMT for a stable connection. ( Now Adsl2 +)

    Uncheck box ADSL2+ and recheck SNR/ATTN/line speed.
    If connection lost resore adsl2+
