If you know Simply RESET the modem ( with power on for 10 to 20 seconds ) to factory settings.
If you are using a Dialer enter UserId/pw in system window again

Mention modem - model and make
All you can do is reset your modem and reconfigure it. There will be a small button on the bottom of your modem (like a vent hole), press hold it with a ball point pen refill for say 30 seconds when the modem is ON.
Please note that it will reset the values to factory settings. You need to configure it again to connect to net. Let me know your modem's model and make, I will try to give the tutorial.
Modem: BSNL VMC AN1020-21
