Default Security key added to my unsecure connection

Somebody from my neighbourhood logged on to my dsl router and added security key to my unsecure connection and that person has also changed my password to the dsl router. Can i know who did it. Please suggest some solutions to it.

How you connect Dialer mode or PPPoE"Always On" mode /

If you know Simply RESET the modem ( with power on for 10 to 20 seconds ) to factory settings.
If you are using a Dialer enter UserId/pw in system window again
if you get connected well and good.
If not check you modem details and do settings again.
In modem Management Change password from default "admin" to
    something else. and remember it.

Mention modem - model and make

All you can do is reset your modem and reconfigure it. There will be a small button on the bottom of your modem (like a vent hole), press hold it with a ball point pen refill for say 30 seconds when the modem is ON.

Please note that it will reset the values to factory settings. You need to configure it again to connect to net. Let me know your modem's model and make, I will try to give the tutorial.

were you using the default username/password for dsl router(usually admin/admin)?if yes then take this as an eye opener.just imagine if some SIMI/HuJI member used your connection to send a terror email you will be spending time in a police interrogation room!
