Default Plan change to ULD 900. some que??

I am using BSNL new portal to change the BB plan. Earlier i was/am using 600C plan. I am having some que

    1. Yesterday(5 july) i changed BB plan to 900 ULD. How much time will it take to get provisioned.
    2. they say that u have to security deposit one month charges, but i dont think so it is necessary(earlier i shifted to 600C to 750ul without any security deposit). Am i right?

Please mention the URL of your self care portal. Still there is no standard reply for " how long it will take to change my plan ". Varies according to personnel or circles. May take 2 days to 2 weeks.

For plans above Rs. 500, you need to pay one month rent as advance. I did the same when I shifted to ULF 1100 (no longer exists) one year back.
