    Router menu page will appear.
    On left side
    In Advanced Options menu click DSL
    In the menu page Uncheck BOX ADSL2 +

    Thank u both for a speedy reply....it really helped
    And essbebe i checked the snr status as per your guidelines ...
    im posting here the snr status i got ..hope its well below the average..
    and only one phone is taken from my adsl splitter and that phone receiver is always noisy ...

    SNR (dB) :downstrm:28.8 ; upstrm :1.9 ;
    attenuation : " :29.0; " :34.7 ;

    these values seems changing but its around these values ...so can i confirm that i have a faulty line? My only problem is to convince that bsnl guy..he say that maybe i have a virus in my computer... but im using my laptop too on this modem and i have same problem on that too ..so im sure its not virus ..
    awaiting your reply....
    thanks in advance ...
