I want to stick with BSNL.Yes their service is not good,but they have some good BB plans with them,I have registered my BB complaint near about 12 days ago,finally today they resolved the issue.I went to my local exchange in order to book a complaint,but it's a shame what I saw there,90% staff including the technical staffs were sleeping

,consumer complaint staff was playing cards game on computer

.Shame on our work culture.I wonder if this is why BSNL has not able to utilize it's huge infrastructure properly.Once I made a plan to give up BSNL and get a cable broadband connection,but after watching so much negative reviews on them,I wanted to retain my existing BSNL connection.
