Exclamation BSNL Broadband speed during torrent download very slow???

I have download torrents during the night unlimited 2am to 8 am.Suddenly I see the download speed has drastically reduced.
I tested using the M-Lab Network Diagnostic Tool.
    Here are the results:

The theoretical network limit is 0.21 Mbps
The NDT server has a 44.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 1.64 Mbps
Your PC/Workstation has a 65.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 1.19 Mbps
The network based flow control limits the throughput to 0.73 Mbps

Client Data reports link is 'T1', Client Acks report link is 'T1'
Server Data reports link is 'OC-48', Server Acks report link is 'null'
Please help me.I usually get 160-180kBps for good torrents...now I am getting only 40-50kBps.

    Mention modem/model/make/number.
Check speed here (twice) and give the links here.
My Broadband Speed - Broadband Speed Tester

ADSL data showing mod mode snr ATTn syn speed Rate will do.

Are you using a tariff plan with speed upto 256Kbps speed ?
    3.
Most of the data given by you, rarely analysed , and No idea how to interpret them.

You can try the application tcp/ip optimizer from speedguide.net.
settings for MTU MSS Rwin etc available. default/optimal/user selected.
    Recheck speed again.

@astroboy89 i guess the torrents which you are downloading are the problem. try a different torrent(something like ubuntu) and if still your speed is low then it might be a network problem(BSNL) or in rare cases(your modem, which is highly unlikely to suddenly stop giving max speeds)

@tholiya you can go for airtel. best speed. crap FUP.
