Thread: Bsnl Broadband Bill Help!!!!

I am facing one problem with bsnl. I changed broadband plan 500 combo to 625 combo. So, i paid broadband security deposit 500 rs. On, next month bill they charge me 625 rs broadband security deposit again. But i think they wanna charge 125 rs as broadband security deposit because i paid 500 rs already. So, i goes to bsnl office and ask them they told that you have to pay 625 rs. You will get your money when you stop our service. Tell me what to do ??????????

For a new telephone connection Inst charges plus security deposit.
for Broadband connection installation charges. Rs 1000/=

I paid deposit 1000 rs for land-line and broadband ,1100 rs for modem.. They gave me connection with 500 combo plan.

No deposit paid for 500 plan.
Now one month's rent as deposit for 625 plan. Bill is in order.

This is 2nd bill. In first bill they charged me 500 rs as security deposit which i not paid early. I paid the bill. So, i paid 500 rs as broadband security deposit and also 500 rs as advance monthly rental.so i think they only charge rs 125 as remaining deposit...

You got a new telephone connection on 26th June and broadband connection later. Already you say you have got two bills.In the meantime you changed Bb plan to 625. No mention of modem purchase.
Posting bill details in instalments, no conclusion can be made.
Give an application to A.O and claim credi adjustment for Rs 500/=
paid earlier. ( which was irregular) get receipt in your copy from CC.
July bill 1/07/2011 to 31/07/2011 when received , check credit entry.

Account officer telling me you will get your money( 1st 500 rs deposit) when you surrender connection... Can i complaint???????

I suggested, you to give a .written application and get receipt from CC
( customer Care ) Mention you are making a complaint here ..

All oral statements will not help .

If you complain that you were charged Security deposit for 500 Plan and again asked to pay Rs 625 as security deposit , without proper
credit adjustment in the bill July or August you cannot complain, .....thatA.O said "if you surrender the connection etc .......".
