    Post Help required !!

Thank you for taking interest !!

I have a BSNL UT300R2U which is 1 year old.
The problem started a month ago. It is the connectivity time, it takes around 15 minutes to connect in first attempt.
If you "off" it and try to reconnect, takes more than an hour to get connected.
I dont know what might be the cause.
I have noticed that the light starts from very dim in beginning to bright
and the PC/USB remains always in red until it get connected.

i hope someone out here might have experienced or experiencing the same problem.
Perhaps anybody could help if they have found the answer for it will be highly appreciable?

    (2)
    try a replacement power adapter.

Exchange both modem/adapter from BSNL , if possible.

May be modem has gone faulty. Check using a friend's modem and check. You may also complain here

Take the modem to the exchange. Ask the technician to check the modem. He may able to fix it or give a replacement.
